From all of the staff, volunteers, and Lucy the Elephant herself, we’d like to send a big elephant-sized ‘THANK YOU’ to everybody to was able to attend Lucy’s 134th Birthday celebration.  We hope you had an elephantastic time!  Don’t forget…  Lucy turns the big 1-3-5 next year and YOU are invited!  Thank you all again for supporting our beloved Lucy the Elephant, a National Historic Landmark and the Oldest Roadside Attraction in America!!!

Take a walk down memory lane when Margate had its very own boardwalk that passed right in front of our favorite elephant.  Come celebrate Lucy’s Birthday on the Boardwalk on Saturday, July 18th from 10am – 8pm.  Join us for a day filled with carnival games, activities, rides, food, and much more!  There is alsoFREE PARKING and SHUTTLE SERVICE at the Margate Municipal Building (formerly the Union Avenue School Playground) located at 9001 Winchester Avenue in Margate, NJ.  The shuttle will be running all day long and departs every 15 minutes for Lucy the Elephant.  For more information, call us at (609) 823-6473.
